I Finally Understand Love
Love was but a word till that day. The dress wore down from her shoulders to her pretty ankles. It left her just enough room to prevent her from falling with her next step. She stood there perfectly, exhibiting no emotion at the top of the stairs. A mouthful of air was unreachable as life slowed down. A moment that could not be replicated, a notion that could not be fabricated. Love had no meaning till I fell in love with the image of her. The way the light hit her face and curves made my mind go insane. My heart ached, I cherished what my eyes were showing me. It felt as though for the first time in my life I was grateful for these eyes of mine that god graciously gave to me. I walked up the stairs in hope that she would mark my presence. When she finally noticed me she opened her beautiful pink lips and said “The f*** you looking at prick?”
