The Inbetweeners

Those who don’t rise above the crowd,
But don’t slip through the cracks.
They watch and wait and take it all in.
Standing quietly and life cross roads.
They leave no outstanding accomplishments.
They simply live.
No change; no growth.
They are the bystanders.
Never an exciting moment
Never a dull one.
They simply exist and add nothing
No drama like extras in a movie.
But I’ll let you in on a little secret.
Inbetweeners lead the best lives.
Because nothing is expected of them,
So when they reach out….
Its always on the coat tails of a surprise.
