Enrichment

A baby boy
will enter the world,
surrounded by royal blue,
with power to do anything
he ever wished to do.

His muscles will grow strong,
with an attitude all wrong.
He'll have a high paid job,
above his women peers,
and they cannot say anything
without living in fear.

To be a "real man"
he has to dominate,
asserting authority
if a woman ever said "no"
on a date.

God forid,
he would ever wear a shade of pink
or express any emotion
because to be that real man
you follow all the notions.

I wrote this poem based about feminism and the power men exert, when told one day that I couldn't do something because I was female.
