Favorite Quote:
"I declare the Nobel War."

She saw the burning desire that they all insured.
She saw the pain that others didn't.
She saw the rhythm in which the world moved.
No one believed her.
She was just a figment of our imaginations.
She was our only hope for civilization and creativity.
She was color.
Brightening the world as she walked past all of the dull pieces of art and turned them into vibrant pieces of life.
Don't deny her power.
She's stronger than all of us.
She's you.
You are our sunshine, the reason we stand tall in the sight of devastation.
You fight for us and give us walking courage.
We need you.
Admire you.
Adore you.
Stay with us until your day comes.
Until He takes you away.
Just Stay.

My friend is one of many who does self-harm to herself. Recently she's been in and out of the hospital because of what she's done to herself. I couldn't bare to see her hurting so badly, so I wrote this. She may never read this but that's okay. It will always be with me and the others who have read this poem.
