Dont judge a book by its cover or else it might end up banging you on the head

Angry, vicious words.
They are poison to my soul.
They rip me apart,
And feast on my fear.
Like a dragon,
They burn me to oblivion.
They are poison to my soul.
Hate-filled, despising glares.
Like a knife to my heart.
Slashing and twisting;
Causing unbearable pain.
My blood runs down my chest.
Gore and blood- I hate them;
Like a knife to my heart.
Poison and knives.

Thanks! I hope to post some real soon. I just feel like everyone is a true poet- they just have to find it in them. Thankyou anyway. I am honored that you read my bit of poetry.
