We go through some stories so quickly
some days
Swallowing us and spitting us out again
before we've had the chance
to catch our first big wave
The ocean in the sky
bends for a warm wind on its way
This time tomorrow
we can find ourselves
riding a sea that threatened to swirl
make us fear a tide we cannot control
Now we know not to try
but to find the way of the wind
and follow it
It takes intuition
to see a change on the weather
And it takes an adventurer's spirit
to make the most of both storms
and still waters

I like how you use a lot of metaphors! It's very descriptive!
