One is blistering hot
One is shivering cold
Both yearn for each other
Like Rock Paper Scissors
What's good for one
Is bad for another
Their strengths
Stem from the other's weaknesses
Always testing the waters
Like boats on bay
Just before dawn
Currents fighting against each other
Paths intersecting
An endless sea
Of what can never be
