I drew my hate
my despair
my misery
I drew the cold
the snow
and the ice
I drew my love
warmth
happiness
I drew the world
the planets
and the universe
I drew everything there has to be
for life to exist
I drew the things
that keep my heart beating
the words
that I follow
the words
that I’ve promised to support
the words
that guide me through tough times
the words
that I Iisten to when I’m sad
and my head is down
the words
that keep me alive today
I drew the words
that saved my life
