You’ve been pushing us
Making everyone believe

Do you not realize?

You use God as your ally

Citing proof from the bible
Quoting words from the verses

Yet, you are naïve of the nature
Of your own work, realize
That is blasphemy you’re doing,
One of the seven deadly sins.

My only fault is to follow
The greatest gift of God,
Didn’t Christ always say to love
Against all odds?

Now go again and again,
Stab me with your words,
Make me feel like
I ‘am a curse

Maintain your status quo
Control your people,
Stop emotions
Devoid our rights


Separate two people who
Are willing to love,
Above prejudice, above your selfishness
Above our bodies that you classify so much.

There is no difference
You see our love as unthinkable
And we see yours like that too
There is no difference.
