Me and my thoughts racing away with the wind
Narrow alley , winding roads thet fail to find a dead end
Its one labyrinth after another
Each draining me down the tunnel deeper, further
The silent scream looking for answers desperately
Questions popping up one after another endlessly
Wounds locked away in the corner of my heart
Feelings and memories that fail to depart
They re surface again and again
Even when there's a new chapter I wish to begin
They try and suffocate me under the anxiety and fear
Overwhelmed I fail to see far and near
Hopelessness has taken over me
Eyes closed I refuse to see
