How would you like me to fall in love?
Should I take you by the am and ask you to dance?
Could I proclaim my love for you from the rooftops?
‘Cause, sweetie I can’t afford a trip to France.
I know this isn’t the movies but I want a little romance.
But my wallets empty and ideas have run dry.
You’ll have to help me here cause I’m clueless
I can’t tell how to go about this at all.
I know I don’t understand love, not much at least.
Just give me a hint or even just a little push.
Please give me a helping hand and I promise.
I’ll hold it as long as you want me to.
