Both Sides
I walk outside
to clear my mind
of everything I feel inside
I walk down the ramp
to the edge of the street
stepping on rocks
that are hurting my bare feet
I glance down the road,
the sun in my eyes
and notice my world
has two sides.
The side on the left
makes me want to cry
its full of smog and diseases
that can make you die
The side on the right
natures beauty calls
green trees, birds flying, and
children playing with balls
