Feather in the wind
A feather in the wind,
my only wish
this pain inside,
why does it still sit?
I can't even describe the way I feel,
love has flustered my mind,
I have yet to heal.
A feather in the wind,
my only wish
He searches for the love in my eyes
to see if it exists
I smile, his mind shifts.
his lips meet mine,
why must I Be so selfish?
A feather in the wind,
my only wish,
when will I let go
and how will I begin?
there was once love,
how did it end?
We were supposed to be forever,
but these feelings say different.
A feather in the wind,
my only wish,
I'm sorry I let you in,
only to push you out again.
love is lost, nothing found.
maybe we will both find what we're looking for someday,
some how.
A feather in the wind
my only wish,
this pain inside why does it still sit?
I can't even describe the way I feel,
love has flustered my mind,
I have yet to heal.
