You and me is all I see forever,
but when I wake up I know it’s not true.

Love hurts
it burns, It laughs at you.
It hits you in the face.
I love you and you know that,
but when you see me you see a girl drowned in her emotions.

Love hurts
but you can’t let it go
you can run
but eventually you will get tired.
I did so instead of running away I ran to you
You are the only exception to me
and that’s okay.

Hey Kat! I like your poem; it's simple yet meaningful. You should keep writing! :)
