I Am Here
I am one who knows all but strong emotion.
I wonder what it's like to fell "love" and "hate".
I hear what they think and still welcome them.
I see their scornful eyes pointing at me.
I am one who believes in the worst case, yet
I pretend to know how to help.
I feel the cold, dreadful regret each day.
I touch my own face and
I worry why it is here in this world.
I cry tears of blood when I've run out.
I am a selfish, inconsiderate person, but
I understand that I made that choice.
I say "yes" even when I'm exhausted.
I dream of the horrors I may come to face.
I try to put on fake smiles for my amusement.
I hope to never see negativity in my way again.
I am truly alone 'til the day I'm gone
