The phantom existed so they say,
Which made them have a price to pay

He wore a mask so no one could see
He had holes for his eyes that were as dark as theblack sea

For he had had a lover
That someone had just discovered

For that lover was Christine Dae
Which the phantom thought about day after day.

He haunted the opera and people too
This isn’t all that he could do

He asked for money, he asked for box five
But the manager’s thought this wouldn’t fly

Could it be the Angel of Music or the ghost
But he just wanted Christine, he loved the most

He talked to people, sang through their walls and messed with their mirrors

But know one really knows where and when he would appear

Its the ghost, it’s the ghost people would joke
They did not know that they were the ones he would joke

The “O.G.” would show up behind them
His face would just nearly blind them

He was the ugliest thing ever to see
He made people want to flee

But just then one night Christine had gone out of sight
Her performance she had just performed made people feel bright

Someone had taken her off the stage
This made the audience go in to a rage
Raoul her other lover she had
Couldn’t find her and he got mad

He walked through the dark black hall
Then he ran into the Persian and took a fall

So he and the Persian decided to go find Raoul’s love
They could still hear all of the commotion above

The Persian and Raoul grabbed pistols and set out to find her
They looked in her dressing room but couldn’t find her

They knew exactly where they had to go
In the five cellers down where the ghost moved swiftly to and fro

They went through the passageways, by the ghost’s trapped doors
But hadn’t found what they were looking for

They went down to the bottom of the opera house and to the lake
And found out the forest down there had been fake

They went by the stonewall and heard Christine’s and the Ghosts voice
And decided sit there and listen by choice

They did not want to in there
Because they did not want be hurt or get scared

They wanted to get through the wall a different way
So they made a bad decision to go the torture chamber that day

The Persian had this same thing happen too
For he knew what the ghost could really do

Some how The Persian and Raoul had rescued her
And Raoul and Christine were never seen again there

The Ghost wanted Christine for she reminded him of his wife
Who he wanted to be with for the rest of his life

The ghost just wanted to be loved for how he was and looked

The opera mystery was over
But will something like this ever happen once over?

I read the phantom of the opera and had to write a poem on it
