At the age of 4 I wanted to be a princess
At the age of 6 I decided to be a ballerina
At the age of 8 I wanted to be a vet
At the age of 12 I decided to work at an aquarium
At the age of 15 I wanted to be a nurse
And now at the age of 18 - I am undecided
When I was little
everything seemed so easy
I had little, to no cares
life was simple
my dreams changed on the daily
one day I wanted to be this
and the next day that
I had no adults judging or asking me
"What's your next move?"
Now being the age of 18
adults constantly are asking
"Where are you going to college?"
"What is your major"
"What kind of job would you like to per sue?"
And my answer for all these questions is
"I don't know"
I simply do not know
I still change my mind everyday
Overall
I think it's great to have an active imagination
throughout childhood
Even though your constantly changing
what you want to be
it helps you when your older
it lets you have a wide variety of choices
and although you have adults asking constantly
take your time and do whats best for you
