Rusty Blue Car

As I stare at the car sitting in the junkyard
All the weeds cover its blue and rusty body
I remember the girl that once drove it
I admired her
She was beautiful and kind
She was once happy living a normal life
Now she’s 6 feet under
I see her parents; emptiness fills their eyes
All the smiles that were once there fade away
I stare at myself in the windows I miss the world
