The skin of every person
Mirrors, light and joy in sky, neon clouds
Lights from people in office buildings
Staring at clocks and desks
Streetlamps and car headlights
The City is Crawling.
An urban jungle of concrete and steel
The Cab rushes
Past sculpture and skyscrapers
Through bridges and black roads
A yellow thunderbolt in a storm of energy and noise
A woolen blue cap lost in a sea of rocks and metal
