lets prevent bullying
Bullying has been around for a long time and we all know that it is wrong. So why is it still happening? Bullying comes in all shapes and sizes and is most common among school age children. Teachers and school officials do a lot to prevent these things from happening such as bullying prevention programs, having guest speakers, and more! Although there are numerous ways to talk about this problem, there must be something more we can do. Providing a safe and enjoyable environment for kids is important for learning and growing. For students, it can be hard to focus on learning when they are being picked on. Research shows that kids who are bullied at a young age have proven to have a less successful future. Knowing that kind of information should make everyone stop and think about ways we can help to change those statistics. Bullying is also the number one cause of suicide among children eighteen and under. If we can find an effective strategy to prevent bullying, we could possibly save a life or provide a brighter future for many students! As adults, we treat each other with respect; can we trust our future adults to do the same thing if bullying is going on? Many different situations can cause a child to bully another, if we work hard enough by teaching our children to treat each other fairly and with respect we can change that! So together we can prevent bullying and open our eyes to a brighter happier future.
