Noise
Pick a card,
Any card,
And watch it
Burn
Between your fingers
And crumble
In ash
To the stage.
I am
Your illusionist
And in my hands
I hold
The fragments
Of your reality,
Sliced to fit my will,
Distorted by
The mirrors
In your mind.
Here
I extend my hat
To you:
Pull from it a
Black rabbit;
Marvel at its
Soft fur
And sharp teeth
As they tear
Into your wrists.
Now stare
Into my mirror
And watch
Your shadow
Lift its claws and
Strike;
Stare and
See
The blood
Escape your
Lips
Before I
Douse
The lights.
