Shes The Girl ( Her )
She's the kind of girl
whose silky blonde hair
falls into a perfect tousled mess,
whose cheeks are constantly flushed a pastel shade of pink.
Whose compelling laugh
makes you not help but surge with the curiosity
of what she could be up to.
The crooked smile she always wears
makes you not help but
ponder the idea of what intoxicating secrets and promises
may spill out.
That look inside her dazzling sea blue orbs
with a taunting raise of a single brow
not only dares you
to bend
but snap!
every rule you have ever heard of,
let alone followed.
Drowning others in the scent of mint and vanilla,
moving like wild fire.
spending marvelous starry nights
laughing in elderly beaten cars,
inhaling the toxic fumes of danger
She's the girl
that makes you come to realize
you can't save the damsel
if she's in love with her own distress
