Relief
Relief is pain of letting go
but happiness of something new.
It is the opposite of anxious as love is the opposite of hate.
Relief can bring along fright with the old gone
but brings joy as the new blows in.
Relief is an old dog no longer in pain as he breaths his last breath before letting go.
A young boy with cancer understanding it is over is relief.
The smile as one gives up the pain is relief.
