Lately I've found myself running on low battery.
The time I once had is counting down to self destruction.
I've put off turning my mind on because I'm afraid of what will happen,
And I've turned down the brightness but I can't see anymore.
Where is my home screen so I can escape these replaying clips?
The memories in my head are on continuous loops as if they're some kind of gifs.
And every time they start again, my time dives down the drain
Because it's tired of the way my brain
Continues to torture and torture itself like a bump in a record,
Jumping up for an escape but crashing down to--
I can't afford
To spend anymore time attempting to explain
Where all the pain
Is deriving from,

Driving down the freeway but I'm running out of gas
They say relax
But I'm going too fast,
I'll crash
Explode my brain
I'm not driving down the freeway anymore,
It's driving me insane
I need someone to charge me
But not for running the red lights
It seems that I'm always getting into fights
That drain my battery
This is not your average juxtaposition
This is real, I cannot blink,
When a boat is out of fuel does it just stop, then start to sink
Because I'm afraid my motors might stop running
And I don't have time to sail to shore
I have this moment, nothing more
I'm the person who put time limits on inhaling
Because my clock is failing
To give me enough time,
Low percentage,
Please plug in,
I can feel myself starting to begin
To black out, to start shut down
Is there an extra battery somewhere around
I need it now
With every breath I lose a second
Every word I lose a minute

I have no time to stop at red lights
