WORTHY
In my brief years of walking this earth,
I have come to a humble conclusion.
To focus on only things you can see,
Is to live in a merciless illusion.
Cause’ really we have love and its concept so twisted.
Somewhere along this life we became a mess.
It’s like we stopped seeing people as people.
Our lives have become take more and give less.
We hurt others because we are hurting
We fail to see that those that we hurt
Turn and hurt others in spite.
I can only imagine our father’s frustration.
Ladies, I truly long for you to know your worth.
Cause’ by your father your treasured beyond compare.
Don’t allow anyone to reduce you to an object
Because some men will only pretend to care
Don’t be misled by the wolf in sheep’s clothing
The have the most brilliant disguise.
Because the man that is meant for you is pure in motive
Your heart and body he won’t neglect or compromise.
He understand who you are,
He understands what you need.
He will seek to encourage,
But never degrade you.
He knows you’re not a game,
You’re not his possession.
He will respect you as a woman,
Not an object of shameless obsession.
But ladies, you are WORTHY.
You also have to see yourself in this way.
I want you to know your true value,
And not align yourself with what others say.
Because by now you know people talk,
But don’t let them define your identity.
Their image of beauty is distorted,
The images your compared to are edited and fake.
Charm is deceptive
Beauty will perish
But a woman who walks in confidence,
Is true beauty to be appraised and cherished.
For you to know who you truly are
Is the very last thing your enemy’s want.
They will try and keep the truth from you at all costs
And keep you tied down in the endless fight
Cause’ real beauty is found in your heart.
so I say, stand guard.
You breathe with purpose
and an astonishing destiny.
We are given a wonderful choice,
At the forefront of our hearts protection.
The only way for the enemy to steal your identity.
IS if you five them your permission.
