Blame
It would be so easy, if there was someone to blame.
Someone to avoid,
Or complain about.
If someone just left, I wouldn’t be so lost.
If my family didn’t break over time,
If someone smashed it.
I wouldn’t cry as much,
I wouldn’t feel as much pain.
Because there is no one to blame.
But i think it is good this way,
I can still see both,
Can still live with both,
Separately.
Either way
My family wasn’t smashed,
My family was worn away.
Like the Grand Canyon, until a small stream is left.
Such a strong river, but over time it washed away.
Sometimes I still wonder,
What if I had someone to blame?
