Year 3,000
Smithtown Year 3,000
I’ve been to the year 3,000
Not much has changed
But they live underwater
And your great, great, great granddaughter can’t appreciate what her grandparents did for her
No one remembers the past
No one can respect the wise men that created the land they live on
Old America has faded away from history
People don’t appreciate the men who sacrificed their lives to keep them safe
What was life like before hover cars in space?
No one will ever know or remember all those who shaped the future they have today
Because who cares?
It happened a thousand years ago, its ancient history
