Orange, red, yellow, green,
Wind telling trees what the crows have seen,
Kaw, Kaw, the crows' time to talk,
It's snowing colors as I walk,
Raindrops fly side by side,
Twirling wind takes tree fairies for a ride,
Today there's a fluffy, grey monster up above, look to the sky, he's there,
With his yelling and moaning all the birds he does scare,
When shadow clouds go for a morning swim,
They're wet coldness falls, leaving light being dim,
But then the sun shines, it seems it'll never go,
It shines so bright it sets leaves on fire you know,
They turn orange, yellow, and red,
When they fall they get ready for bed,
This is a time of fireflies,
Above so blue it's like the ocean in the skies,
The changing leaves are autumn's keys,
You'll hear the last bumbles and buzz of this year's bees,
Make pie with fresh fruits,
before the frost freezes the blossoms and roots,
Put away summer clothes,
The cozy fire will warm your toes,
Whistle goes the wind as it howls,
You sleep soundly while "who" go the owls,
Orange, red, yellow, green,
The birds say it's not quite winter as it seems.
