This Joy, this joy, is so surreal,
I hop on one foot,
because the joy you make me feel,

We dance, we dance,
It's so cliché,
I feel this love, so early in our days,

I laugh, I laugh, your such a surprise,
ne'er thought of this day,
ne'er thought it would last,

At last, at last,
you're finally mine,
I wait for the day,
that our colors combine.

The author's comments:
What inspired me to write this piece was that feeling that we all get when we first meet someone who we are interested in. When we get the butterflies in our stomach.
