We're All The Same
I’m waiting for the day of days
When discrimination stops
When politicians can be girls
And blacks aren’t stopped by cops
Just because they look suspicious
Just because of their skin
Just because we are not men
We people cannot win
When Asians are not known for smarts
When Mexicans don’t just hop boarders
When Blacks don’t run as fast as you
When whites aren’t the best if colors
Cause not all Mexicans are illegal
Not all Asians are Ivy League
Cause not all whites are better than us
Not all blacks run at Olympic speed
Cause we all read the same old books
Play all the same old games
I’m pushing for equality
Cause, inside, we’re all the same
