Alone and Afraid, I do sit.
Waiting…
and waiting…
and waiting…

The Story of my life
not quite ready to be told

Life is a mystery
with secrets better kept
and loves lost without a second thought

I think about the time I’ve wasted
sitting…
and waiting…

I think about how much the world is changing
evolving…
learning…
growing..
and still I wait.

Things have changed, yes.
but, life is still worth living
and the songs worth singing
and the dances worth dancing
as we all sit…
and wait…

As we sit and wait…
Is this all we will ever do????
Just sit, and wait….

I got sick and tired of hearing "Wait for the right time", "Wait for me!", "Lets Wait for him to tell us", "What are you Waiting for???"... So I decided to show just how often we do this.
