The flowers sway in the breeze,
omitting a redolent scent for the bees.
There are oranges and reds of several hues,
making the world stop singing the winter blues .

The trees grow giant leaves of green,
making the outside a beautiful scene.
Snow and ice were traded for warmer days,
And the cold was blown away with the sun's enticing rays.

The bugs and the butterflies are out to play,
ready for the warm moist ground of May.
They crawl and they fly all over this place,
preparing the ground as their new summer space.

The crystal clear water is rushing,
down the hillside it goes gushing.
The temperature is refreshingly ice cold,
making the fish and their families very bold.

The breeze is slowly blowing,
All of us forgetting about the snowing.
The spring sunshine is bringing in warm fun,
Calling everyone out into the refulgent sun.

It has been so cold lately, so I wanted to write about the warm weather.
