A Day Without Laughter
“A day without laughter is a day wasted”
said Charlie Chaplin.
He wasn’t lying you know,
Hold on, let me explain.
What good is a day without laughter,
What good is a day without fun?
Live every day of your life like it’s your last,
live up to your imagination.
Worrying about the future won’t help you,
neither will worrying about the past.
Not to say that worrying about the present will,
just live every moment like it’s your last.
Is your present really today?
Is your present really this morning?
No,
your present is now,
at this very second,
so don’t let it slip by; make it worth it.
Live life to the fullest,
explore the world and what it has to offer.
Don’t worry about the consequences,
replace your worries with some laughter,
because laughter is the ingredient to happiness.
Don’t ever let stress take over your joy,
it’s a lesson I have learned, from so many years of regretting,
learning from your mistakes is what it’s called,
and this is one mistake I will never repeat,
since it has always weakened me.
So don’t leave opportunities until tomorrow,
accomplish them today,
tomorrow will be a new start,
bringing new things to appreciate.
