Savoring Snack

Looking at the unpleasant color of brown
My stomach turns upside-down
Taking a sniff of the reeking “savoring” snack in front of me
Wanting to get rid of my lunch I had eaten earlier
Running my fingers across the smooth texture
Tempting me to take a bite

As I contemplate whether to take a bite
I stare at the brown treat before me
The disgusting color revolting
The sickening yet creamy color was unsettling
The silky surface wants me to hold it
It melts in my hand

I lick the tip of my finger
The soft brown substance enters my mouth
Savoring every taste
The sweet matter dissolves in my mouth
Wanting to devour more
The more I eat the more I want

I consume a large amount of it
Having a stomach-ache the next day
But the pain being worth it
This is temptation for every girl
Perfect for whenever one has a bad day
The savoring snack of chocolate
