even her name sounds innocent
until you get to know her.
her hair, sweet and soft
tempts and beckons
just like everything else about her.
your feet tell you to run after her,
your throat aches for you to scream her name
but you don't move or speak
and you keep hurting
because she doesn't know
and she won't ever see
