When you were small and just started to dream,
The sky was your limit and you were striving to achieve
But now, you just started throwing that good stuff away
And for what? To sit on your a** all day
You promised mommy you was gonna change the world,
And she believed you because you were her world
But sad enough that promise wasn’t true
Because now, you starting to let the world change you
You ditching and cutting class? And screwing off your grades?
But at the end of the day its only you that’s gonna pay
Please don’t take your life as a joke because no one is going to care when your flat out broke.
You’ll be the lesson they teach to their kids
To these little delinquents trying too hard to fit in
Its sad to say they don’t have the common sense their parents gave them. Do the right things and you’ll be on your way
