The young boy who once lived in the mellow, standard, old fashion town of Manhattan, would now change.
The hotel market is booming. He wonders how much longer the good times will last.
He loved his downtown hot spot. He’s lived there his whole life. His love for the town is unbearable. He would go to his hot spot almost everyday to play baseball with his good friends.

Manhattan is starting to become a hot spot for tourism and business travel.
The young boy will now reminisce on his once beloved hot spot.
