Wake up, my Man
Through the window cracks,
The sun blinds my eyes.
The body beside me, radiates with warmth.
My hand feels his chest,
The roughness of the skin.
The dry sweat sticks to my thumb.
I lick it off, feeling the erotic urge.
His stable breath,
Hypnotizes my heart.
I want him to open his eyes.
Yet it’s still too early.
To wake up my man.
He works too hard, I’ll let him have his rest.
He’s never been perfect.
I never cared.
But he’s the one I love,
And he’s the one that stayed.
