Sweet Autumn
Autumn, a friend of the matured sun,
has dawned with a kiss of frost in the air.
The trees are stripped of their sumptuous
robe,
Nature spreads a multicolored
carpet, with
the fallen leaves, yellow, brown, and boisterous
red,
Shrouding the decaying flowers, the scent
of which, still lingers.
Gathering swallows twitter in the wild blue yonder,
Redbreast whistles from the dry pasture,
for the Autumn has filled all the fruits, with ripeness.
Barred clouds bloom the soft-dying day and touches the stubble plains with rosy-hue.
Nature is seduced by lethargy.
Yet, I love autumn, the friend of matured sun.
