Drifting
The waves used to push us so so so close
So close I could feel breathe and could see the waves reflected in your eyes
But now the waves are
pulling
us
slowly apart
Only our hands are touching,
barely brushing,
not near enough for grasping
And finally the waves that once had pushed us
so close
rip us apart
And I am alone at sea
