Lost within my mind
Trapped by the haunting of my own fears
Lost and wandering while still searching
Searching for the answer that will end it all
Lost within my mind
Words and pictures that are meaningless to life
Lost within the scenes of previous mistakes
Drowned by the sorrows of my life
Lost within my mind
Lies a beast, who holds the key, and can’t be tamed
Lost while fighting blindly to my fears
Feeling brave, if only for the moment
Lost within my mind
Lies the answers to the fears, and pains that will end it all
Lost, trapped, searching, drowning, and fighting all within my mind
