It was as if I no longer existed
As if I wasn't significant to the world
It was much more
Something bigger
A piece of me
Something that made me who I am now
What made me be someone
It was you
You made me feel important
even when I was at my worse
You were a piece of me
You were more than a friend
a best friend
more than a best friend
A piece of me
And as soon as you left
A piece of me left as well
A piece no one will replace ever replace
A piece that was lost and will never be found again
It was you
