The Pig

Oink, oink, oink
Selfish, greedy with minds closed like sealed boxes.
Like horses with blinders, they focus on one thing.

Oink, oink, oink
Tails of their suits wisp in the wind,
As they saunter to their offices to run the world in silence.

Oink, oink, oink
They mow over anything in their way,
Like a bulldozer on a path of destruction.

Oink, oink, oink
Their stench reeks of hate and jealousy,
Like curdling milk left in the summer sun.

Oh, these are far from your everyday farm animals.
Yes they may be fat like feeder pigs,
Have pink, oily skin and an odor that any farm animal would be ashamed of.

They watch you,
They watch me,
They watch everyone.
They watch like hawks perched atop an old oak tree.

You may think they are not watching,
But they most certainly are.
The worst part is that you can never get away,
They’re your boss.
