I walk on this path
It's filled with narrow minded people
All filing in one direction
Yet there is a path off the side

The path is tangled
With growing vines
Thorns of every kind

No one travels
Up or down from the path

All I can do is marvel
At this path
It's is intriguing
Yet I don't want to be different

I want to be like everyone else
I want a place in society
Yet this place is making my feet walk
Up to the mouth
Where the path begins

The path consumes my attention
It pulls me in
I struggle again it
Everyone is forcing me a step back
But I take two steps forward
