Monsters
"Dad there's a monster in my room"
I yell
He checks my closet with a bright flashlight
No monsters
Typical
They're tricky
When my dad opens my closet and shines the light
They slip under my bed
He tucks me in and the moon is my nightlight
"Dad there's a monster in my room"
I yell
He can't check anymore
So I grab his flashlight and check myself
