My Average Oh So Wonderful Day
Five days a week, I get up at 6 in the morning
By 6:30, I’m out the door.
I really enjoy getting up this early; sometimes I even beat the sun.
Not being able to eat breakfast really doesn’t bother me.
It’s not like it’s the most important meal of the day or anything.
Everyone’s driving perfectly making my road to school a lot less stressful and
When I approach the intersection by the school, there’s no traffic.
The crossing guard has the situation under control at all times
And she doesn’t stop me right before it’s my turn to enter.
I make it to class on time and the teacher doesn’t give me a lecture about being late.
In math, I understand everything that’s going on. I knew that we had homework last night and
I even got an A+ on the pop quiz that she decides to give us.
The hallways are like a well-oiled machine.
No one’s walking slowly; no one’s standing in the middle of the hallway talking.
It’s smooth sailing from class to class.
I really enjoyed my day at school, but I sadly have to go home now.
On the way home, there’s no traffic getting out of the high school.
Homework takes me no more than 15 minutes.
Teachers here are very nice and never give more than 20 minutes of homework a night.
I spend the rest of the day doing whatever I want, but I’m in bed by ten
I get at least eight hours of sleep every night.
