There are ways to distort an image,
But you wouldn’t think you could use your words.
Your first thought is Photoshop or a software
But you wouldn’t think about yourself.
Models aren’t real women
You try to empower the majority, but
Meanwhile
You tear down the minority.
What is unreal?
The body? With feelings and a heart?
With a passion?
It truly is unfair
To make a big deal about one person’s perception
While disregarding another’s.
To make a big deal about body image
and how everyone is beautiful
By telling those who look different,
Like women in magazines
That they are not.
