Figures.
Figures
She’s so beautiful
She’s absolutely perfect
But never in a million years
Would she be into a guy like me
Figures.
She’s breath-takingly gorgeous
Her voice is smooth and graceful
It rivals the ice where women
Like her often entrancingly skate
Figures.
I’d give all I had to be with her
She runs through my mind all day
She could manipulate me any into any pose
Imitating the kids whom play with their little toy
Figures.
She constantly runs through my head
Every waking image is consumed by her
I envision her beauty more than
An accountant will ponder his end of the year
Figures.
“He’s the man of my dreams,
but he never seems to notice me.
I guess I’ll never be good enough
for a man like him…
…Figures.”
