Anxiety Attack

I am in isolation
Covered by a blanket of insecurity
It wraps tighter with every breath I take
The small voices I hear are like suffocating waves
And I am pushed under by the force of my own fears
There is nothing wrong except for my thoughts
Everyone is staring at me even when they aren’t
Their eyes piercing and I hear their voices taunt
No one ever told me how hard it would be
To overcome the addiction of keeping to myself
