Times Square
The Busy Subway,
Going, pushing, squeezing,
People everywhere,
Flashing lights all around,
Following the endless stream of people
Like a school of fish
Tight together, but trying not to touch,
Climbing up the stairs,
Emerging into the brisk night air,
Excitement as the first snowflake,
Hit and melted on the warm smiling faces,
Of the people in the magical Times Square.
